Technology Integration Services provides infrastructure, customer service and web application support to the faculty, staff, students and units of the College of Business administration. Its focus is to facilitate the use of the campus technology infrastructure and provide support services to meet the unique needs of the college.
How to Get Help
Students needing laptop support can get help at the OIT Help Desk.
Faculty and staff receive customer support through joint services provided by the university's Office of Information Technology (OIT) and Technology Integration Services (TIS).
- Hobson’s (Intelliworks/Radius) has a new e-mail address for emergency items: email@example.com. We recommend updating your contact records accordingly to reflect this change. We also encourage you to review all open tickets to ensure that tickets recently submitted via the critical address are accounted for.
- Important Notice. Hobsons recently performed an upgrade to the Intelliworks/Radius CRM on Thursday, June 26th, 2014. To learn more about the content of this upgrade, we recommend accessing the support portal and reading the release notes at https://radius.zendesk.com/entries/44639434-June-2014-Release. This release includes Single Sign-On capabilities with Shibboleth. With the recent launch of Hobsons Radius, they are introducing a new base URL for the product: https://www.hobsonsradius.com. This will be the new URL to use to sign in. Please change any Intelliworks/Radius URLs that you have bookmarked in your browser to the new URL.
